Hotel Cancellation Policy: Cancel 3 days (72 hours) prior to the arrival date to avoid 100% full stay charge.

Reservations Process 

To make hotel accommodation reservations, please click here or by calling 1-888-627-8559 and referencing the Toronto Due Diligence. Before finalizing your reservation please double check your email address to ensure it is correct. In some cases, confirmation emails may end up in your “spam folder”, so please check it as well. If you require additional assistance, please contact the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel directly at 1-888-627-8559 and they will be very happy to assist you. 

Check-In/Out 

Check-In: any time after 3:00 pm

Check-Out: by 12:00 pm (additional charges may be applied if you do not check out by this time)

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A deposit equal to one night’s accommodation is required at time of booking.  In the event of cancellation of all or part of a booking, the deposit will be refunded when the hotel receives a minimum 3-days notice, after which any deposit/prepayment will be non-refundable.

Usually the days are rather cold and windy in mid-January, so a good winter jacket, winter boots, wool toque, scarf, and mitts or gloves will keep you prepared for the weather outside.
