Maria Alexander

Head of Operations

Maria began working for IPC in 2005 and has since played a vital role leading numerous teams throughout the organization. Since 2018, she has led the Corporate Branch Operations and Client Experience teams, overseeing their activities across Canada. Her teams’ focus has been creating a solid operational foundation through best of breed business practices from every new advisory team addition.

Maria was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba and earned her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Asper School of Business. She lived in Prague, Czech Republic to take on a Business Development position at Zurich Insurance. Outside of work, Maria loves to travel and has been all over Europe, the Caribbean, Africa, and Asia with her family. She also enjoys playing sports with her two boys and her husband.
